How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
Deliveries are usually between 3-5 working days depending on stock levels. Overnight deliveries are available at an additional charge.

What discounts do you offer?
Here at Utensils, all of our prices are already discounted. However, if your net order value is over £500 (excluding capital equipment), please call our sales team where we may be able to offer you a further discount. If you find an item of heavy equipment cheaper elsewhere on the internet, please give us a call and we will be pleased to offer a price match where appropriate.
What happens if a product discontinues?
In the case that an item is discontinued, we will try our best to source a replacement for you.
Will I be required to sign for my order?
To ensure the safe delivery of all orders, a signature will be required when you accept the goods.
