Terms and Conditions

1.Order acceptance

When the Company has received payment in full for goods ordered then the order can be considered as accepted, unless the Customer is an authorised credit account company. Once the Customer has placed and paid in full for the order then this will constitute a legally binding contract between the Company and the customer.

2. Prices

2:1 Value added tax. All prices quoted on the companies website are exclusive of value added tax at the current stated rate
2.2 Prices for all goods are detailed on the companies website.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to from time to time, to change the prices detailed on the website, the Company will contact the Customer before the order is confirmed if there are any changes to the prices shown on the website.

3. Payment

3.1 Non-account customers
Payment will be accepted by secure payment on the Company's website.
3.2 Account customers
Payment in full is liable strictly within 30 days of invoice, unless payment has previously been made in full. If the payment is not made in full to the Company on or before the due date, the Customer will be liable to pay the Company interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the base lending rate for the National Westminster Bank PLC this liability will cover the period from the payment due date until the final and full payment is received.

4 Returns

The Customer has the right to return any goods purchased from the Company within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please call us first for authorisation.
All goods must be returned to the company in the original packaging and condition in which they were received. Delivery charges are NOT refundable.
Once goods have been returned to the Company a refund will be processed. Any goods returned AFTER 7 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

5 Delivery

5.1 Delivery charge
A delivery charge of £ 7.50 is added to all orders under £100.00 excluding VAT. This charge is subject to VAT at the current standard rate. This rate applies to all UK addresses. All deliveries outside the UK will be subject to additional charges.
5.2 Delivery signature
A valid signature will be required on delivery for all goods received. The Customer will become the owner of the goods on delivery. Goods will be held by the Customer at the customers own risk. The Company will not be liable for their loss or damage
5.3 Delivery period
Delivery date for goods to the Customer will be stated on receipt of the order. The Company will not be held liable for any damages if in the unlikely event that the Company fails to deliver the goods ordered by the customer.
5.4 Delivery liability
The Company does not accept any liability for loss or damage to goods while in transit to the customer.
5.5 Delays beyond the Companies control
The Company shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure to deliver goods that have been ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).


6.1 All goods supplied by the Company are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective goods, which shall be returned to the Company by the Customer. This guarantee is given in lieu of all other guarantees expressed or implied. All guarantees are subject to the following conditions -
6.1.1 Claims must be notified to the Company within in 24 hrs from the date of delivery.
6.1.2 If the goods are accepted from a carrier without prior checking, or signed for 'unchecked', no claim whatsoever can be accepted by the Company. It is the responsibility of The Customer to inspect the goods immediately, sign the delivery note accordingly and inform The Company immediately of any alleged damages or shortages. The Company has no liability for any damage caused during off loading.
6.1.3 No claim for damage in transit or shortage in delivery will be considered unless immediate notice is given verbally and in writing both to the carrier and to the Company within three days of receipt of the goods, followed by a more detailed claim within ten days of receipt of the goods. Any Goods in respect of which The Customer makes a claim must be preserved by The Customer intact as delivered and at his/her risk for a period of ten working days from the date of notification in order to enable The Company or it's agents to inspect the goods. No Goods returned to The Company will be accepted without prior written authorisation. A breach of these conditions shall debar The Customer from making any claim.
6.1.4 The Company will be under no liability for in respect of any defective goods arising from drawing, design or specification supplied by the Customer.
6.1.5 The Company will hold no liability for damage which has arisen if in the opinion of the Company has resulted from - negligence by the Customer his agents or third parties, wilful damage or incorrect use, alteration or repair with out the prior approval of the Company or failure to follow the companies instructions.

7. Force majeure -

The Company shall not be liable to The Customer, or deemed to be in breach of any contract with The Customer, by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company's obligations in relation to the goods. If the delay or failure was due to force majeure or to any other cause beyond The Company's reasonable control.

8. Reservation of title

8.1 The Goods sold under these conditions shall remain the absolute property of The Company and legal title in the goods shall remain vested in The Company until payment in full of all amounts invoiced or due to The Company in respect of the Goods, or until the goods are resold by the customer whichever shall first occur. If the customer shall enter into liquidation, have a winding-up order made against it, or have a receiver, administrator or administrative receiver appointed over its assets, income of any part thereof before the property in the Goods has passed in accordance with this condition, The Company shall be entitled, immediately after giving notice of its intention to repossess the goods, to enter upon the premises of the customer with such transport as may be necessary and to repossess any goods to which it has title under this condition. No liquidator, receiver, administrator or administrative receiver of The Customer shall have authority to sell goods to which The Company had title without prior written consent of the Company.
8.2 Until such time as the property in and legal title to the Goods passes to The Customer, the Customer shall hold the Goods as The Company's fiduciary agent and bailee and shall keep the Goods separate from those of the Customer and third parties and properly stored, protected, insured and identified as the Company's property. Until that time, the customer shall be entitled to resell or use the Goods in ordinary course of it's business, but shall account to The Company for the proceeds of sales of Goods, including insurance proceeds, and shall keep all such proceeds separate from any moneys of the customer and of third parties.
8.3 The Customer shall not be entitled to pledge or charge, by way of security for any indebtedness, any of the goods which remain the property of The Company but, if The Customer does so, all moneys owing by the Customer to The Company shall (without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the reseller) forthwith become due and payable.
8.4 The Company shall be entitled to maintain an action for the price of the goods notwithstanding that title in them has not passed to the customer.

9. Governing Law

The terms and conditions of sale shall in all respects be governed and constructed in accordance with English Law.


10.1 Accuracy
The Company endeavours to ensure that all information detailed in the website is accurate, consequently the Company reserves the right without obligation to delete or amend the products detailed in the catalogue without notice. Images are for illustration purposes only, and products may differ slightly to the images shown.
10.2 Consumer use
All information and images provided by the website are intended to be used only by the customer, the Company does not authorise the use of any materials other than for the direct use of the consumer.
10.3 Copyright
All website design, text, graphics, software compilations, underlying source code, software - including applets are the property of the Company.
