Delivery Charges

All orders of value £100 net or more, will be delivered free of charge to mainland Britain.
Orders less than this value will attract a £5.50 charge. For Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, please call us before placing your order.
Next Day Delivery is available upon request and is subject to stock availability.

Discounts

At UtensilsDirect, all our prices are already discounted. However, if your net order value is over £500 (excluding capital equipment), please call our Hotline where we will offer you a further discount. If you find an item of heavy equipment cheaper elsewhere on the internet, please give us a call and we will be pleased to offer a price match where appropriate.

Damage and Shortages

In the unlikely event that any of your order is damaged, or is missing, please call us on 0845 873 66 00 within 24 hours.

Returns

If you decide your item(s) is/are not required, please call us within 5 days on 0845 873 66 00 where you can arrange to send the items back for a full refund.
